Where can I park at Schloss Henkell?
There are designated parking spaces for our visitors directly on the premises.
Is Schloss Henkell accessible for people with disabilities?
Our Schloss Henkell is not wheelchair accessible. As part of a tour, visitors must climb at least 100 steps down and back up again.
Is there an age limit for visiting Schloss Henkell?
There is no age limit for visiting the winery. However, we do not serve alcohol to young people under the age of 16 (sparkling wine and wine) or 18 (spirits).
Is non-alcoholic sparkling wine also available during the cellar tours?
Non-alcoholic sparkling wines are available for tasting on every tour.
I have booked a tour/tasting and unfortunately cannot make it. What should I do now?
